The original owner was no longer living there. They just couldn’t continue the project.
Sure, a normal homebuyer wouldn’t touch it. The neighbors couldn’t stand it!
A few tire kickers reactively put in offers but didn’t count the cost…
It’s location location location … panoramic view of the ocean; half mile walk to the beach; enjoy Morro Rock while washing the dishes.
But!

I actually drove to the property and saw the damage. More importantly, I heard about the legacy.
I researched the original owner and builder – a beautiful soul with a unique vision.
His wife recently passed away – may her memory be eternal.
This is a piece of his legacy.
It deserves respect.
It deserves restoration.
It deserves to have a new owner who will love it.
Yes it’s work – but my team has tackled big projects. We have 20 deals under our belt. A 26 unit apartment. A CA forest house. Almost a dozen flips.
